These Terms of Use explain how you may use Best Salon, a Pakistan-focused directory for finding salons, beauty parlours, barbers, spas and related services. By using the website or submitting content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit content or use features that require your agreement.
1. What Best Salon provides
We help visitors search for services, compare available salon profiles, read customer feedback, save profiles and contact salons. Best Salon is a directory, not the provider of salon treatments or a booking agent. Information and beauty guides are general information, not personalised medical or treatment advice.
2. Check details before booking
Profile information may change or contain errors. Confirm the service, full price, practitioner, opening hours, address, suitability and availability directly with the salon. Alternative search results may be in another city or offer a related service; check the location and service on each profile before travelling.
The directory does not list every salon. A profile position, customer rating, verified badge or administrator-assigned tag does not guarantee quality, professional licensing, safety or a particular result. A verified badge indicates directory review of a profile, rather than independent certification of its treatments.
3. Appointments, payments and disagreements
Bookings, treatment payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds for salon services are arranged between you and the salon. Ask for its terms before paying. Best Salon does not collect treatment-booking payments through the directory. Raise appointment or treatment concerns directly with the business; you can also report inaccurate profile information to us.
4. Ratings and reviews
Reviews must describe your own genuine experience and be relevant, fair and lawful. Do not submit fake reviews, undisclosed promotions, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, private information about another person or content you do not have permission to share.
Reviews are moderated and may be held, declined or removed for a policy breach. A negative review is not, by itself, a reason for removal. We may request clarification when feedback is disputed. Reviews express the views of their authors. Reviewer email addresses are not displayed publicly. See our Privacy Policy for information about review data.
5. Business profiles and submission fees
This section applies only to authorised business submitters. You must have permission to represent the salon and publish its details and photos. Provide accurate information and request corrections when it changes. Do not upload images without the necessary rights or the permission of identifiable people.
The current profile submission fee is Rs. 2,500, paid once according to the instructions shown after submission. The current process asks for payment confirmation within three days. Submission and payment remain subject to review and do not guarantee approval, a verified badge, a particular position, enquiries or bookings. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
For an incorrect or duplicate payment, withdrawal or a refund question, contact us with your salon name and payment reference so we can assess the circumstances and explain the available resolution. Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Permission to display submitted content
You keep any rights you hold in your content. By submitting a listing, photo or review, you give Best Salon permission to store, format, display and moderate it as needed to operate the directory. This permission does not transfer ownership. Contact us to request correction or removal; necessary moderation and security records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Responsible website use
Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful code or interfere with the website. You may share profile links. Do not copy or commercially republish our branding, original guides or the directory as a whole without permission, except where the law allows it.
8. External services and availability
Salon websites, WhatsApp, social networks, maps and video services operate under their own terms. Best Salon does not control their content or availability. We aim to keep the directory useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. We may update features or restrict abusive use.
9. Responsibility and your rights
You are responsible for your booking decisions and the accuracy of content you submit. Salon businesses remain responsible for the services they provide. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Best Salon is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party information, external services or treatments arranged directly with a salon. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Updates and contact
